Clear, well-lit photos print the best. Make sure faces aren't too small in the frame — a tight portrait shot works better than a wide group photo where everyone is tiny. Phone photos are fine; files under 15 MB upload without issues.

How do puzzle photo magnets work?
Upload one photo and choose a puzzle layout. MK Studio crops the image across 6 or 9 separate magnets that come together as one complete picture on a magnetic surface.
Do I upload one photo or several photos?
Upload one original photo for each puzzle you order. That single image is divided across every piece in the selected puzzle.
What is the difference between the 6-piece and 9-piece puzzles?
The 6-piece option uses horizontal rectangle magnets in a 2-across by 3-down layout. The 9-piece options are available as a 3 × 3 square puzzle or a 3 × 3 rectangle puzzle.
What sizes are the magnets and assembled puzzles?
The 6-piece rectangle uses 3 × 2 inch magnets and assembles to 6 × 6 inches. The 9-piece rectangle uses 3 × 2 inch magnets and assembles to 9 × 6 inches. The 9-piece square uses 2.5 × 2.5 inch magnets and assembles to 7.5 × 7.5 inches.
What photo works best for a magnetic photo puzzle?
Choose a bright, clear photo with the main subject near the center. Keep faces and important details away from the grid lines when possible, and use the preview to check the crop before ordering.
Can I preview and crop my photo before ordering?
Yes. After uploading, use zoom, drag, and rotate controls to position the photo inside the selected puzzle frame before adding it to your cart.
What happens if my photo does not fit the puzzle shape?
The preview shows the exact square or rectangle puzzle frame. Zoom out or reposition the photo to keep faces and important details visible, or choose a different puzzle format that better matches the photo. Areas outside the frame are not included.
Are the puzzle pieces numbered?
Yes. Each magnet is numbered on the back so the pieces are easier to arrange in the correct order.
Can I ship a puzzle gift directly to the recipient?
Yes. Enter the recipient’s U.S. shipping address in Stripe Checkout. Place separate orders when gifts need to go to different addresses. Gift messages are not currently available.
How long do puzzle photo magnets take to make?
Production takes 3–5 business days. Shipping time is additional, and available shipping rates and transit estimates appear at checkout. Express shipping does not shorten production time.
