What photos work best?

Bright, clear photos with the main subject centered usually create the best magnets.

Can I crop or reposition my photo?

Yes. After uploading, use the preview to zoom, drag, and rotate your photo. Keep faces, text, and important details inside the visible magnet or puzzle frame.

What if my photo does not match the magnet shape?

The preview shows what fits inside the selected square or rectangle. Some edges may be cropped to fill the frame, so reposition the photo or choose a different shape before ordering.

Can I use different photos in one set?

Yes. You can upload different photos for your magnet set.

How do puzzle magnets work?

Upload one photo and MK Studio splits it into 9 or 6 numbered pieces that fit together like a puzzle on your fridge.

Can I order return gifts?

Yes. Custom magnet sets are a good fit for birthdays, family events, and return gifts.

Can I ship an order directly to a gift recipient?

Yes. For a shipped order, enter the recipient’s U.S. shipping address in Stripe Checkout. Place separate orders when gifts need to go to different addresses.

Can I add a gift message?

Gift messages are not currently available. Magnet sets are reviewed and packed with care so they arrive gift-ready.

How early should I order a gift?

Allow 3–5 business days for production plus shipping time. Transit estimates appear at checkout, and express shipping does not shorten production.

When will my order arrive?

Production takes 3-5 business days. Shipping time is additional; available shipping prices and transit estimates appear at checkout. Express shipping does not shorten production time. Bulk timing is confirmed with your quote.

Which files can I upload?

Use JPG, PNG, WebP, or HEIC, up to 15 MB per photo. Clear, well-lit phone photos work well.
